Helping traders and industrialists to promote national and international business, provide    information/guidance in transport, shipping, banking, manufacturing etc.
    

Works as a pressure group on governance/administration and to oppose/pressurise to change or withdraw    laws, regulations affecting trade and industry.
   

Representations are regularly made on matters of interest of trade/industry local, State/Central    Governments, on Sales Tax, other Commercial Taxes and like.
      

Chamber is working for all-around development of the State in general and this part of area particular,    Development works related to Road, Railways, Air Services, Airport, Sea Ports, and development of Civic    amenities, Water Supply, Sewerage etc. to Central State Government and Municipal Corporations.
   

Regular parleys are continuing between/with Foreign Consulate/Trade Missions, and other Chambers in and    outside Country, for obtaining Trade and Industry related information and about conferences, fairs,    exhibitions, etc.

Maintains useful Library containing books on Acts, Laws of Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc. Newspapers, Periodic    from India and Abroad are produced for members.
    

Chamber publishes house Magazine "Karnata Vanijya" for free circulation amongst members, which contains    information related to Trade and Industry, Economics, Administration, Management and Government    Notifications, Rules, Regulations, related to trade and Industry, infrastructure.
    

Chamber sponsored Hubli-Dharwad Stock Trading House in 1992 to protect the interest of public in    investments. Over the years it has grown to new heights caters to the needs of investors/members.
      

  Chamber played a role of catalyst in establishing Software Technology Park in Hubli, formalities are    completed and basic facilities are being provided by the Government as assured by Chief Minister to our    delegation.
    

Chamber is persistently making efforts for infrastructure development and more particularly development of    Information and Technology in this part of area and guiding enterprisers in establishing their new ventures    and diversify.
   

Chamber coordinated with North Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association in establishing Material    Quality Testing Centre in Hubli for the benefit of Industries.
    

Chamber under its Golden Jubilee Trust imparts service for rural developments and education. Practical    Accounting Courses are conducted. Training in Accounts, Taxation, Administration, Management, Skills of    Negotiation, Memory development etc. are given in capsule form systematic way.
     

Grievances received by our members in connection with their Trade/Industry will be taken care and    represented to concerned departments.
     

Organising Seminars, Workshops for different Trade/Industry to educate the members and take up their    problems with concerned authorities.
