OBJECTIVES:

»To built up and disseminate information on trade and industry, to its            members and the community at large.

»To organize seminars / symposia / workshops, training programmes etc on            subjects of topical interest for the benefit of members and the general            public.

»To publish papers, books, monographs, studies etc from time to time in the            service of members and the community.

»To provide a forum for business mission from abroad for developing            bilateral trade/multilateral trade with foreign companies and to sponsor            business missions to other countries from time to time.

»To organize studies from time to time in different areas that has a bearing            on trade and industry.

»To set up exhibitions, trade shows, buyer-seller meets and the like for the            benefit of members and the general public.

To seek and represent trade and business in various Government Bodies and     institutions.
